Service Description. This Site describes Emergency Towing, Flatbed Towing, Jump Start, Mobile Auto Repair, Motorcycle Towing provided by VI Towing & Recovery. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by VI Towing & Recovery or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. VI Towing & Recovery reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. VI Towing & Recovery does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Damages. VI Towing & Recovery is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VI Towing & Recovery from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Choice of Law. OH law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of OH, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
